Intensive workshop self-defense for women.

In this workshop, participants will acquire fundamental self-defense skills to safeguard themselves in potentially perilous scenarios. These foundational tenets of martial arts will be imparted to bolster self-assurance, endurance, and personal safety.

All individuals, regardless of prior experience, are welcome to enroll in this introductory class.

Our proficient, globally-versed instructor boasts a diverse background encompassing martial arts expertise, personal training, and coaching, with a strong foundation in security and self-defense.
